Bakery
      A few years after opening The Creamery,  we started baking a delicious bread that was a recipe from my wife's grandmother.  It was called Apple Cinnamon bread.  We just baked a few loaves a day to make a sundae we called an Apple Bread sundae.
       Well, people liked the bread so much that they started asking if they could buy a whole loaf.  My wife baking a few loaves at home every night just wouldn't work anymore, so we bought an oven and mixer and put them in our back room.  Soon we were baking hundreds of loaves a week and still couldn't keep up. 
       We then added an addition to The Creamery to accomodate the ever growing bread sales and also to give us more room for ice cream production.
       Today, our little bakery produces over 30,000 loaves of bread a year, all from scratch, and all with no preservatives or artificial ingredients.  In addition we also make delicious cookies, brownies, and the best apple cobbler you'll ever put in your mouth.  And it's all made out in the open so you can enjoy the aroma as soon as it is taken out of the oven.  Be sure to ask our baker for a sample!
